The homie J. Period has been hooking the OKP community up with rare gems and exclusives for over a decade now. Just a quick glance at his tag will show you some of the work he’s put in. Last year, to celebrate 10 years of mixtape excellency, he dropped a limited edition box set. If you missed out on it then, J. Period is bringing it back with even more to offer this time around. On Friday, J. Period drops his 8GB USB Everything Collection Mixtape, just in time for the holidays. Custom made in the shape of a cassette tape, the fully loaded USB contains J. Period’s complete catalog. Every remix project, documentary, demo, DJ 12”, outtake, unreleased gems, all-new mixes, they’re all in there (including the sequel to his highly acclaimed collab w/ Q-Tip & the latest J. Period x Black Thought Live Mixtape).
Along with the custom USB, you also get an autographed, hand-numbered, commemorative book (w/ graphic art from Fuse Green & an essay on hip-hop from Adam Mansbach).
