After first being put on my radar with her smooth slow jam “Far Away” some 5 months ago, I hadn’t heard anything else new from Sonya Teclai. Luckily, the NY based/singer/songwriter makes her return today with the release of her impressive new EP, Heatwave. 8 tracks with the lone feature coming from Alpha, and production supplied by Matt Cody, Sa’eed, Braden Blair, and more.
