Miles Bonny pays his respects to the late, great Phife Dawg of A Tribe Called Quest with the instrumental tribute “4 Phife.” Combining a bit of melancholy brass with vocal chops from Tribe recordings and a bit of scatting, he spreads it across a smooth boom-bap inspired rhythm. The tribute from Bonny follows his clip for “I Bring You Love.” He lets this joint fly with a bit of reflection and a simple “Thank you, Phife.”
